Padding services offer an economical method of producing professional looking pads of up to 2.5″ thick and 19″ long. Stacks of your printed sheets (with a chipboard backer) are bonded together with a thin application of clear hot melt adhesive.
Warren Industries’ auto-tab counters ensure a consistent number of sheets per pad. Our automated hot melt padding equipment guarantees a fast turnaround with ready-to-use pads just seconds after the adhesive is applied. An in-line roughing unit enables handling of coated and otherwise difficult paper stocks.
